Day 1: Nairobi
Arrive at JKIA where you will be met by a WildTrek representative and transferred to your Nairobi hotel and briefed on your Safari.
Day 2: Nairobi- Samburu
Set off on a drive to Samburu after a hearty breakfast, and arrive at the camp in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive into the Samburu National Reserve where the tranquil Usao Nviro river flows through- providing a natural habitat to crocodiles and where elephant find contentment and solace in the shallow waters. The reserve supports a large variety of African mammals; cheetah and leopard being particularly well represented.
Day 3: Samburu
Morning and afternoon game drives in the Samburu Game reserve.
Meals served at the camp through the day.
Day 4: Samburu- Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, drive to Sweetwaters Game Sanctuary arriving in time for lunch at your camp/lodge.
An afternoon game drive and visit to the rescued chimpanzees’- and black rhino’s sanctuaries in this privately owned 24,000 acre ranch will offer magnificent views across the wildlife- studded plains to the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kenya. Dinner and overnight stay at Ol Pejeta.
Day 5: Ol Pejeta – Lake Naivasha / Elementaita
Drive to Lake Naivasha/ Elementaita where you will arrive in time for lunch and an afternoon of leisure.
Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha/Elementaita.
Day 6: Lake Naivasha/Elementaita – Masai Mara Game Reserve
Breakfast will be served at the Lodge, after which you will be driven to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and check in at the camp. In the afternoon, enjoy an enthralling game-viewing drive (1600-1800Hrs), spotting lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators. Dinner and Overnight at Masai Mara.
Day 7: Full day of game-viewing!
Proceed on a full-day game-viewing drive (0700-1530Hrs) in search for the myriad of species that make this reserve their home. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the afternoon and head back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 8: Depart
After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi, stopping over at the Rift Valley viewpoint. Transfer to JKIA for your flight.
