A Taste Of Kenya- 6 Days/7 Nights
Day 1:
Destination: Nairobi – The Green City Under The Sun
Accommodation : Hemingways Nairobi
Meals : Lunch, Dinner
Your host from WildTrek Safaris will be at hand when you arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA). After a short briefing, you will be transferred for Lunch at the Tamambo Karen Blixen - located in a tranquil setting along Karen Road, near the Karen Blixen Museum; the site of the original Blixen property farmhouse. The historic setting of this restaurant offers a terrific ambience! Thereafter, visit the Giraffe Center where you will get an opportunity to hand feed and get close to the Giraffes. You will then be transferred for Dinner and an overnight stay to the hotel.
Day 02:
Destination: Mt Kenya Region
Accommodation: Fairmont Mt Kenya Safari Club
Meals : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After breakfast, you will be driven to the Mt Kenya Region where you will be greeted with a warm welcome and lunch. You will then head out for a game drive at the OlPejeta Conservancy, a privately owned wildlife reserve that markets itself as the closest place to Nairobi where you can see the Big Five. The rhinos form the centrepiece of the conservancy effort here.
Day 03:
Destination: Mt Kenya Region
Accommodation: Fairmont Mt Kenya Safari Club
Meals : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Spend the day at leisure at this world-renown location which has been the haven of various international celebrities and dignitaries. The club offers various optional activities you could engage in eg fishing, mountain biking, golf, Horse/Pony Rides, Nature/Bird Walks, Breakfast on the slopes of Mt Kenya, a visit to the animal orphanage etc; or you can opt to make the most of the complimentary activities the club offers eg Giant Hopscotch, Bows and Arrows, Giant Jenga, Giant Checkers, Football/Volleyball/Basketball, Badminton/Table, Tennis/Scrabble, an assortment of board games and playing cards, Dog walks, Maze, Jogging etc.
Day 04:
Destination: Maasai Mara
Accommodation: Olare Mara Kempinski
Meals : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
After breakfast you will be transferred for your flight to the Maasai Mara where you will be met on arrival and transferred to a luxurious en-suite tented camp where you will stay for the next 3 nights. The huge expanse of grassland at the Mara is specked with flat-topped acacia trees and trampled by massive herds of zebras and wildebeest – the ultimate African cliché.
Day 05:
Destination: Maasai Mara
Accommodation: Olare Mara Kempinski
Meals : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Enjoy various activities organized by the camp. Spotting lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators will be the highlight of your day. Sumptuous meals will be served at your camp through the day.
Day 06:
Destination: Maasai Mara
Accommodation: Olare Mara Kempinski
Meals : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Another full day in the Maasai Mara will give you an opportunity to search far for wildlife and make the most of the activities organized by the camp while visiting a few of the dozen community conservancies, several group ranches and numerous Maasai villages. Hearty meals served by the camp will refresh you after the exciting activities.
Day 07:
Activity: Transfer for your Flight to Nairobi. Lunch at the Carnivore. Transfer to Airport for your Departure Flight Home.

Home awaits. It is finally time to bid your new-found friends a farewell here in Kenya. After enjoying a hearty breakfast at the camp, you will be transferred for your flight back to Nairobi. You will be met by our representative on arrival and taken for lunch to the well renowned Carnivore Restaurant which serves up Kenya’s most famous Nyama Choma (Barebque meat). A good variety is also available for vegetarians! Your final transfer will be to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where you connect with your outbound flight, carrying a lifetime of memories from your WildTrek Safaris Kenyan Tour, back with you.
